About Rosa van den Bosch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m a recovering perfectionist and a semi-retired people-pleaser. Someone who spent a long time believing that adapting was safer than truly being seen.\n\nBecause I was bullied a lot when I was younger, I know what it feels like to feel ashamed after rejection. To put on a smile while your heart is breaking inside. And to become so focused on other people that, eventually, you no longer really know what you think, feel or want yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took me a long time to find my way back to myself. As if the path had become overgrown with old shit: pain, shame, perfectionism, people-pleasing and learned patterns.\n\nStep by step, I came closer again to who I am at my core: sensitive, creative, spontaneous and playful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I\u2019m a personal development coach and trainer, Reiki Master, writer, speaker and former journalist. It may seem like quite a mix. But to me, there is one clear thread running through everything I do: helping you remember who you were before you became the person you needed to be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my work, I combine mindset, the body, behaviour, emotions, energy and practical action. I\u2019m trained in coaching, NLP, DISC, Reiki and the Creation Spiral, among other methods.\n\nI love analysing things and going deeper, but I also enjoy challenging you in a playful way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a coach and trainer, I have now guided more than a thousand people. I write and speak about authenticity, self-confidence and the courage to take up your own space.\n\nI draw not only from my professional experience, but also from everything I have personally encountered along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my practice, I meet many people who recognise themselves in my story. People who expect a lot from themselves, easily adapt to others and somewhere along the way have lost touch with themselves.\n\nThat\u2019s why I do this work. Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself. But I also know how freeing it is to come home to yourself again and show who you are without shame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with my husband Robin, I travelled around the world for fourteen months. That journey showed me how much becomes possible when you trust yourself, make room for the unknown and dare to follow your own direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robin and I have two children, Timo and Sara. Together, we started @TAF_TheAuthenticFamily, an Instagram account where we share how we try to live authentically as a family, with room for freedom, connection and everyone\u2019s individuality. @TAF_TheAuthenticFamily<\/strong> gestart, een Instagram-kanaal waarop we delen hoe wij als gezin handen en voeten te geven aan een authentiek leven, met ruimte voor vrijheid, verbinding en ieders eigenheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
