Keynote: authenticity in the workplace
When employees are afraid to make mistakes, set boundaries or speak up, they start to adapt, hold back and try to stay strong. This not only affects teamwork, but also their well-being and long-term employability.
Through personal and disarming stories about vulnerability and shame, I create greater awareness. The keynote is informative, with a good dose of humor and interactive elements, because an experience often stays with you better than information alone.
Employees gain practical tools to create a sense of safety within themselves and to contribute to open and safe communication with their colleagues.
“Rosa speaks openly and vulnerably, with a great combination of humor and lightness. Her natural interaction with the audience and surprising exercises keep you engaged and leave you with new insights.”
Fleur Neefjes-de Boer – attendee at Levenscafé
Team Training and Workshops
A safe team doesn’t happen by itself. It takes openness, trust and clear agreements. In my team training sessions and workshops, employees work on themes such as setting boundaries, communicating openly and building trust within the team in a practical, playful and interactive way. There is room for both depth and humor.
Depending on what the team needs, we may work on:
- clearly expressing what you need
- listening without immediately judging or trying to solve things
- recognizing patterns that get in the way of collaboration
- discovering the team’s shared ikigai
- turning wishes and ideas into concrete steps
- making better use of the team’s creativity and strengths
We explore, experience and practise, so that new insights are actually translated into everyday work.
This contributes to stronger collaboration, greater ownership, psychological safety and sustainable employability.
